  • "So, I don’t usually leave reviews. However after the great service I received from John and his team..... I get obligated to share my story. As I get older I find myself more concerned with service after the purchase. So part of my decision for going with John was that I knew the source and where to go if there where any unforeseen future problems. I had concerns with some areas of the floor and John reassured me things would be fine “No matter what” . We had a couple small issues that required rework. John was right on top of the problem his crew was out with no questions, handled the problem and replaced what needed to be replaced. For me personally thats the kind of reaction I like to see for after the purchase services, anyone can sell NOT everyone can complete customer satisfaction.....
